We are a small, rural primary school in the heart of the village of Spaxton - a hidden gem, nestled at the foot of the Quantock hills. There's so much more to Spaxton School than first meets the eye, so please take a look around our website - or even better, book a visit to truly get a feel for what we have to offer.
We take pride in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum where our children are part of the planning process, to really take ownership of their learning. At the heart of our curriculum is the development of character - we work hard to ensure all children leave Spaxton School, not just achieving to the very best of their academic abilities but to truly flourish as unique individuals.
At Spaxton School we have a strong emphasis on outdoor learning - a pair of wellies is part of our school uniform! We're privileged to be able to offer Forest School each Friday throughout the school year, allowing the whole school to fully benefit from our wonderful outdoor space.
We are also proud members of the Quantock Education Trust and work with all members of the trust’s community to further develop opportunities for our pupils.
If you would like any additional information, please take a closer look at our website and contact us to arrange a visit.
We look forward to seeing you at Spaxton CofE Primary School.
